Have you heard of Spartacus workouts?

Spartacus workouts are circuit training workouts, great for calorie burning, keep in mind it is a high intensity workout so not so good if you have not been working out for a while or a beginner.

Do you lose muscle mass if you only circuit training?

If circuit training also includes weight training no you don’t, if its only cardio circuit training yes.

I am not looking to loose weight but I always feel tired. What kind of exercises would you recommend in this situation?

I would make sure that I was well hydrated, eat according to my activity level such as before and after, in terms of exercise stretching routine, and breathing exercises are probably your best bet to start with.

How do I built up endurance in hockey, I am 15 yrs old?

Hockey is an anaerobic sport meaning you do short high intensity bout of work such as a shift in hockey usually under 1 minute, so you have to built your anaerobic system doing short bouts of high intensity exercise followed by a 6 to 1 ratio of rest, work ratio. Your energy system will adapt to this type of training and give you what you want more endurance in hockey.

I don’t want to get hurt again, what can I do at the gym to stay focused and injury free?

Start with a good core program make sure to start to address your weak areas such as your core and other parts. The most important thing your exercise technique has to be perfect to stay focused and injury free.

I do martial arts and depend on cardio strength to keep up, what can I do to increase my cardio strength?

Cardio strength is worked at about 80% of your maximum capacity, it is interchanged between your aerobic and anaerobic systems. Try to train towards the upper limit of your aerobic system to built up your cardio strength.
